Mango Chilli Salmon

No cooking skills required for this masterpiece. Just add Oosum mango or pineapple spice mix.

Easy, quick and delicious to make. Excellent accompanied with steamed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

5 minutes. Marinade 30mins -1 hour. Cook 8-10 minutes

Ingredients:

Oosum mango spice mix, 2 chunky slices of wild or salmon of choice, sea salt, olive oil (optional) Chilli flakes (optional)

Method:

2 slices of fresh salmon, place in a bowl and sprinkle sparingly/dash of sea salt. Add two tablespoons of Oosum mango spice mix and gently toss until fish is covered. Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes -1 hour. Can be left overnight to marinade. Heat oven to 375 F or 185 C for 8-10 mins, depending on the thickness of the cut. Serve with your choice of salad or vegetables, potatoes, etc.
