A fully loaded high protein sandwich. Made with cold Moi Moi, choice bacon and green leaf salad. Perfect with left over Moi Moi.

3 Slices of wholemeal multi-seeded bread

Cooked and cooled Moi Moi, cut into thin slices

Soft green leaf lettuce, baby spinach and wild rocket (rinsed and pat dried)

Lean bacon slices

Sliced tomatoes

Salt and craked black pepper (optional)

Low fat mayoinnaise
